Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of developers passionate about building data interoperability solutions, including HL7 and FHIR-based integrations.
  • Design, architect, and deliver a data interoperability framework that enables seamless connectivity across lab systems, EHRs (Epic, Cerner), cloud services, and clinical tools as part of a unified platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the next-gen platform team to ensure alignment, integration, and cohesive delivery across products and services.
  • Partner with product management to capture, validate, and translate customer and lab requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans.
  • Work with data security, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure software meets the highest standards for privacy, security (HIPAA), and regulatory readiness (, CLIA, GDPR).
