We’re partnered with a 300+ employee organisation to hire a Head of Technical Product & Solution Design. A senior, hands-on technologist who will act as true Deputy to the CTO within a lean, high-impact IT team.
Decide when to build vs buy, and shape data models and functional blueprints
Get hands-on with SQL, APIs, and logic tracing when needed
Influence stakeholders and drive cultural change
Strong technical literacy (SQL, APIs, Python/Django reading)
Full professional English & Spanish
