Role Overview

As the Senior Technical Program Manager for the Competitive Intelligence (CI) Charter, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects and operations. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of Technical Program Management (TPM), Financial Oversight, and Strategic Customer Success.

You will orchestrate strategies and processes to ensure our internal business verticals achieve their desired outcomes. By bridging the gap between Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will act as a strategic advisor and internal advocate, using data to drive efficiency and value realization across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for the 'Business Health' of the charter, including cost estimations, technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end delivery.
