The Amazon Music Personalization and AI Innovation team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and organizational mechanisms across the organization. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and learning. In this role you will own org wide mechanisms for: goal reporting, business reviews, guest speaker learning series, offsites and travel, and more. You will be part of the leadership team, taking part in and executing strategic decisions around organizational design and hiring.
