We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing Gurugram Products & Technology team to devise, implement and improve processes (and associated tools) and apply technical judgement to help MongoDB engineers succeed in building and delivering a new platform we are building to make it easier for customers to build AI applications using MongoDB.
As a Senior TPM on this new team, you will own processes across the engineering department, ensuring teams operate smoothly from idea to release and for every step in between. You will be working closely with Engineering and Product teams distributed in India, EMEA and US.
