About This Role:

Evergreen.AI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own execution of Agentic AI programs across the full AI SDLC, from intent definition through production operations. This role is responsible for translating strategy into reliable, secure, and observable agentic systems that deliver measurable business and customer impact.

This is an execution leadership role for autonomous AI systems, not a coordination or reporting role.

Ensure Agentic AI solutions at Evergreen.AI are designed, built, evaluated, deployed, and operated with discipline, transparency, and control, preventing failure modes associated with autonomy, non-determinism, and system drift

What You'll Need To Succeed:

Qualifications Required

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

•5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product development, or data-driven roles.

•2+ years of hands-on experience working with ML, deep learning, or AI-based systems.

•Experience delivering technical B2B products or AI-enabled services.

•Strong ability to write clear, concise technical and business documentation.

•Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.

•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, executives, and customers with clarity and precision.

Technical Depth

•Hands-on exposure to ML or AI solution development, including model lifecycle, evaluation, and deployment considerations.

•Understanding of deep learning optimization and performance tradeoffs.

•Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

•Familiarity with data analytics, telemetry, and monitoring tools, including SQL, ETL pipelines, and visualization platforms.

•Experience contributing to the design, launch, or operation of cloud-native or SaaS platforms.

Preferred

•Experience working with agentic AI systems involving tool use, orchestration, memory, or multi-step reasoning.

•Familiarity with AI governance, security, and operational risk management.

•Background in scaling AI platforms or customer-facing AI products.

•Project Management: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) to demonstrate mastery in large-scale technical execution.

•AI Governance & Risk: IAPP Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) or certification in NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
