Senior Technical Program Manager
New York CityWe're hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive the evolution of software development at Asana. You'll lead programs spanning developer productivity, AI adoption, framework migration, and quality, partnering with teams across R&D to understand pain points and rollout solutions. This role combines technical depth in areas like software design, AI, system architecture, design systems with strong collaboration skills to orchestrate work across Engineering, Design, and Product teams. Your work ensures our software development team can leverage the best in AI development tooling, pushing the boundaries on development velocity while maintaining the intuitive, delightful experiences that make our product special.
