Job Description
- Deliver complex technical programs within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget while managing moderate risk factors.
- Lead program-level strategic planning and partner with executive stakeholders for alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams to define and execute next-generation hardware products.
- Coordinate and drive engineering design deliverables including specifications, design of experiments (DOEs), and validation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Systems, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, Reliability, Operations) to establish best practices and technology development processes.
