Summary
The Senior Technical Programme Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programmes in the Retail Portfolio across the Checkouts domain, spanning Assisted Checkouts, Self Checkouts, and In‑Store Payments. This role sits at the heart of our in‑store customer experience, driving the technology vision, execution, and continuous improvement of checkout journeys used by millions of customers.
Working in close partnership with our Retail Implementation Team and Tier 1 third‑party providers, the Senior TPM will orchestrate complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives that modernise and optimise our checkout estate, and support D&T wide initiatives.
The role requires strong programme leadership, and the ability to align engineering, product, operations, and external partners around a clear roadmap.
