About the Role


We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with 100% professional services experience to lead end-to-end client-facing infrastructure projects. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.


Important: Managed services or support-only backgrounds are not eligible.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead full lifecycle infrastructure professional services projects, including cloud, network, and enterprise IT deployments.




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors.




  • Plan, monitor, and report projects using Waterfall (PMP/PRINCE2), Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.




  • Use PM tools: Microsoft Project (Waterfall), JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana (Agile).




  • Identify and mitigate project risks with real-world examples from prior professional services projects.




  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.




  • Facilitate Agile development processes when applicable.





Required Skills & Experience




  • 7 12 years of professional services project management experience in infrastructure projects only.




  • PMP or PRINCE2 certified mandatory.




  • Independent TPM experience with multiple stakeholders.




  • Expertise in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum frameworks.




  • Hands-on experience with PM tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana.




  • Strong communication, risk management, and decision-making skills.




  • Stable career with minimal gaps.





Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience managing multi-region or international infrastructure projects.




  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.




  • Experience with hybrid delivery models combining Agile and Waterfall.




  • Experience in vendor/resource management in professional services projects.
