Senior Technical Recruiter – APAC (Technical & R&D Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and R&D roles (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Automation, Software/Data, Product Development)
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and regional talent pipelines for critical skills
• Conduct in-depth technical screening and drive high-quality hiring decisions
• Act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability and hiring risks
• Support workforce planning, hiring prioritization and ramp readiness across APAC
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regional labor regulations
