About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technology Recruiter to drive hiring for our Product, Engineering, and Design teams as we scale rapidly.

What You Will Be Doing

Own Talent Acquisition Targets

• Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly hiring targets for the Product, Engineering and Design Teams.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for key roles across each department elaborately and accurately.
• Build internal capability to hire for managers and leadership across the business teams and difficult-to-fill roles.
