You’ll partner with technical leadership to shape the future of our talent pipelines, manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and specialized roles, and help build a bar-raising, mission-driven team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with technical leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of domains

Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles, leveraging outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through to close
