Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – LATAM) US & Canada Tech Hiring | Microsoft Stack We are a specialized IT recruiting company working with clients in the United States and Canada , focused on senior technical roles within the Microsoft ecosystem (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular). We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can take ownership , communicate confidently in excellent English , and actively drive recruiting forward . What you’ll do Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray) Conduct screening interviews in English , including technical qualification Ask and understand technical questions around C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders What we’re looking for 5 years of experience as an IT / Technical Recruiter Strong active sourcing background Very strong English (spoken & written) Solid understanding of software development concepts High level of ownership, responsibility, and professionalism Friendly, respectful, and clear communication style What this role is not ❌ Not an HR generalist role ❌ Not a coordination-only role This role is for someone who thinks, acts, and takes responsibility .
