• Need to have extensive experience working with MSP Clients managing the full lifecycle of IT hiring, sourcing niche tech, compliance, and managing client/vendor relationships.
• Key tasks include defining requirements with clients, using LinkedIn/job boards for sourcing, screening candidates on tech/soft skills, negotiating rates, submitting through VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass), and maintaining pipeline for future needs.
