**Summary:**

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who'll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver on Meta’s hiring goals, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Senior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

1. Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple, complex searches, designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for each role
