Job Description This is what you'll do: - Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Company's need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world - Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets - Develop interview process that supports hiring for Company culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent - Work hard, exceed expectations, challenge Job Requirements This is what you'll need: - 5 years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months - Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles - Bachelors Degree preferred MSPOTHER
