Senior Technical Safety Engineer

Wood is seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Safety Engineer to join its team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With extensive global experience in delivering engineering projects for greenfield and brownfield modification works, Wood is committed to applying its world‑class systems and practices to this assignment. The successful candidate will be part of the Process Engineering team, contributing to the execution of upcoming projects.

The Role

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining technical safety studies and deliverables for offshore/ onshore oil and gas facilities. 

Ensures that risks related to process safety, fire and explosion, and personnel safety are identified, assessed, and mitigated in compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
