    Job Description

  • Set ambitious secondary sales targets across Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, and Nilgiris. Craft region-specific demand plans and guide the team to deliver measurable results.
  • Train and lead technical and marketing teams, build strong customer and influencer relationships, and manage a high-performing team of managers and executives.
  • Identify growth zones, leverage influencer networks, run impactful campaigns, and drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and high-value opportunities efficiently.
  • Host events like Mason and Engineer Meets to enhance brand visibility and loyalty, and use CRM insights to strengthen relationships, track conversions, and drive data-led decisions.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of experience in secondary sales support and technical services within the building materials industry, preferably with steel products. Has led large regional teams and consistently delivered growth. Holds a in Civil Engineering and preferably an MBA in Marketing or Business Management. Strong technical acumen, and relationship-building skills are essential. Must be in mid-career stage.
