Job Description

About the Role : The role involves providing production support for enterprise applications with a focus on SSIS, SQL, and automation. You will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. The position requires hands-on experience with ITIL practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in rotational shifts except for night shifts.


Responsibilities :

  • Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support across assigned applications, with primary ownership of SSIS-based solutions
  • Act as the primary SSIS developer responsible for design, development, enhancement, and stabilization of SSIS packages in production
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes, with a strong focus on permanent resolution
