Overview
Senior Technical Support Engineer - Network Specialist L3 responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting datacenter and campus network infrastructure, and for maintaining network operations and handling technical escalations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support network infrastructure for datacenter and campus networks.
- Maintain network infrastructure and handle technical escalations.
Good To Have
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Extreme fabric.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Huawei Switching and Wireless.
- Hands-on experience with F5 LTM.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass NAC.
Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT network operations, design and implementation, and support.
- Develop and maintain HLD and LLD documents.
