Desktop Support Specialist (100% Onsite – Dulles, VA)
Full-Time | 7AM–4PM or 8AM–5PM | Expert-Level IT Support
A well‑established, nationally recognized organization is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite support for a local office while also assisting remote users across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and excels when working independently as the onsite face of IT.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to both local and remote employees

+ Support users via walk-up, phone, chat, and email

+ Troubleshoot a wide range of issues within a Microsoft 365 cloud environment

+ Document incidents in the ticketing system and escalate when needed

+ Act as the primary onsite technical resource for all desktop-related issues
