Senior Technical Trainer

Contentful's Learning Services team empowers customers and partners to ramp quickly, master our platform, and realize value through high impact learning experiences. We're seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and scale training across roles and regions-with a special focus on partner enablement and training other trainers. The ideal candidate blends deep platform fluency with modern instructional design and facilitation excellence.

Learning Services' mission is to increase product knowledge, usage, and adoption for customers and partners with learning solutions that scale-positively impacting revenue, retention, and satisfaction. We deliver live and on demand training and certification through the Contentful Learning Center, serving marketers, developers, and digital teams worldwide. Our programs include both Verified Skill badges and comprehensive Certifications to meet different learning goals and timelines.
