Job Description

**Job Summary:**

This role works closely with the assigned business area(s) to support the technical training process, including the training needs of managers and process owners. As a member of the Technical Training team, you will support the development, implementation, and sustainment of role-based training plans for all personnel and assist in generating/distributing metrics, maintaining procedures, monitoring effectiveness, enabling process improvements, and supporting NC/CAPA activities to ensure training compliance.

**What you will do:**

+ Support the training needs of managers, process owners and subject matter experts within functional area(s) of responsibility, including the implementation of role-based training.
+ Complete training workflow tasks within the Change Control process to ensure accurate training is being planned and assigned in the LMS when new or revised documents are released
