Position Overview

As a Technical Writer / Senior Technical Writer at LTSCT, you will be responsible for developing high-quality product documentation that supports semiconductor hardware, software, and firmware solutions. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical concepts—spanning semiconductor technologies, associated subsystems, and software/firmware workflows—and translate them into clear, concise, user-focused content.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and globally distributed teams to gather information, structure documentation, and ensure consistency across deliverables.
