Salary budget: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
Working days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Dot and Beyond is working closely with one of its PBX SaaS clients to support and enhance their product experience, documentation, and technical communication. As part of this engagement, we are looking for a Technical Writer who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to a complex PBX-based platform.
This role focuses on supporting an active SaaS product by creating clear, reliable, and well structured documentation for users, developers, and internal teams.
What you'll work on
You will contribute to documentation across multiple layers of a PBX SaaS platform, including:
User and admin documentation such as console manuals, how-to guides, quick start guides, and knowledge base articles
System level documentation including architecture overviews, data flows, operatio...
