Technical Writer – Data & Analytics (Senior)

Location: Hybrid – Toronto (3–4 days onsite/week, subject to business needs)

Role Overview

The Technical Writer will support a Business Banking data transformation initiative by creating and maintaining a consolidated, living user guide for a new enterprise data platform. This role translates complex technical logic, data transformations, and SQL-derived fields into clear, plain-language documentation consumable by both business and technical users.

This is a hands-on technical documentation role requiring strong data analysis and SQL skills.
