You will be joining the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology team and will work as part of a multi-skilled agile team, dedicated to rolling out sophisticated automation and tooling to support continuous delivery.Your team will work hard to foster increased collaboration and create an engineering culture. You will make a crucial contribution to our efforts to be able to release our software more frequently, efficiently and with less risk.You will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems, analyze large complex datasets and develop a deep understanding of the Transaction Monitoring functions and dataflows.Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank division is a leading provider of cash management, trade finance and securities finance. As a AVP, your role will include delivery as well management and leadership responsibilities, such as:
Developing and communicating a deep understanding of the Transaction Management products, how they have been implemented, the services provided to the business and processes that support it.Developing, maintaining, and sharing a suite of documentation which defines the end-to-end data model, including Extraction, Transformation, Loading and use in target application.Employing data querying and analytical techniques to support the understanding of data and creation of reports and actionable intelligence.Actively participating in Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand up’s, Sprint Planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective meetings and taking part in software and architectural design activities.Leading and collaborating across teams, mentoring, teaching, discovering new techniques and helping others to adopt them, leading by example.Your skills and experience
Data Analysis experience, using SQL, ideally in BigQuery, Hadoop, other Big Data environments or RDBMS platforms.Proficiency in contributing to software projects in Python and SQL.Experience in delivering technical and/or operational solutions for Anti-Financial Crime in the Financial Services Industry.Understanding of the payments industry.Very good analytical problem-solving capabilities.Strong documentation skills including a range of business, functional, technical and data diagrams.Strong communication skills, with ability to interpret and draft in both technical and non-technical language.How we’ll support you
