Our client is an international aviation services group in the process of establishing a new engine component MRO facility in China. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the pioneer team, working closely with an experienced Southeast Asia–based leadership and technical team to set up processes, standards, and best practices for the new operation. Early hires will play a key role in shaping workshop culture, technical capability, and operational excellence.

We are seeking experienced Senior Technicians with strong hands-on expertise in blending and/or welding to support engine component repair operations within a leading aviation MRO environment.
