Job Description
Alcor Solutions is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant (Service Now OT) with strong consulting, technical, and operational expertise to enable Operational Technology (OT) service visibility, asset governance, and operational resilience through the Service Now platform.
This role leads OT-aligned solution design and implementation, ensuring accurate modeling of OT assets, services, and operational events within Service Now. The Senior OT Consultant operates independently with minimal supervision and works closely with OT operations, engineering, reliability, and IT teams to support IT/OT convergence while adhering to the unique constraints of OT environments.
