Overview

:
  • Inspira is transitioning from Avaya to 8x8 and from Cerner to Epic EMR, creating a need for telephony integrations.
  • The company seeks a Senior Telecom Engineer contractor to assist existing team with projects, design, and operational support.
  • The role requires a higher-level engineer to help with the workload and maintain critical phone system operations.
    • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong VoIP and SIP understanding, including SIP packets and headers, is a must-have.
  • Experience with session border controllers, especially AudioCodes, is highly desirable.
  • General networking knowledge, including routing, switching, firewalls, and security, is essential.
  • Knowledge of API integrations (SCIM, HL7) and scripting languages (Python) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including Azure, SSO, and Teams, is needed for integration.
