Senior Test Engineer

The Senior Test Engineer serves as the quality owner for the Informatica-to-dbt migration, responsible for defining, executing, and governing the end-to-end data testing strategy across Extract, Load, and Transform layers. This role ensures that data is accurately ingested from source systems via Python-based pipelines and that dbt transformations achieve functional equivalence with legacy Informatica outputs.

The Senior Test Engineer provides test leadership across multiple migration waves and parallel business units (SWP and IMS), mentors Test Engineers, and partners closely with Technical Leads, Informatica SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, production-ready releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in data testing, with a strong focus on large-scale data migration and ETL/ELT programs
