Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong domain knowledge in Credit Bureau systems and hands-on experience in AECB integrations , data validation, and SQL-based reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Credit Bureau processes and concepts
Perform credit score retrieval for individuals and business entities
Handle invalid, missing, or incomplete data and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Validate and manage error codes and exception handling received from AECB services
Conduct data reconciliation between internal systems and AECB credit bureau reports
Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data
Collaborate closely with development, business, and integration teams to resolve defects
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with SQL , including:
Table creation
Query modification
Report generation and validation
Strong experience in data-driven testing and backend validation
Familiarity with API/service-level testing (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in Software Testing / QA , preferably in Banking or Financial Services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
Immediate availability or short notice period is a plus.
