Senior test engineer (playwright + sql)

Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & Leadership)
We are looking for a senior QA engineer with strong automation depth and prior team leadership exposure to work on a complex, enterprise-grade web product.
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on automation, technical depth, and leading junior QA engineers. You may eventually align to either a QA Automation Lead or QA Team Lead track based on strengths.
What actually matters
- Strong hands-on automation experience (Playwright is mandatory)
- Ability to design, extend, and maintain automation frameworks
- Excellent SQL skills (you will be tested on this)
- Hands-on experience with Java and Java Script / Type Script
- Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
- Comfortable working in Agile / CI-CD environments
- Ability to go deep technically and survive senior-level interviews
What will NOT work
- Superficial automation experience
- Weak SQL fundamentals
- Candidates who fail deep technical rounds
- Frequent job switchers (short tenures repeatedly)
