Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans and solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
• Develop cost‑optimized test flows, including parallel test strategies.
• Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed‑signal ATE platforms.

Hardware Design & Requirements

• Design test hardware including load boards, probe heads, and sockets.
• Generate requirements for test hardware based on device specifications and characterization data.

Execution & Sustaining

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
• Provide sustaining support for existing production products and test platforms.
• Lead platform conversions and efficiency improvements across multiple ATE systems.
