Planned Resources are partnering with a reputable planning consultancy known for its strong project portfolio across Sydney and regional New South Wales – from complex SSDs to innovative community, infrastructure, and coastal projects. With multiple offices in Sydney and Newcastle, the firm continues to grow while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative culture that values quality planning outcomes and professional development.

As they continue to grow, they’re now seeking a Senior Town Planner / Senior Urban Planner to join their well-experienced team — an opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects with autonomy, mentoring junior staff, and being part of a supportive, technically strong practice.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take a key role in the delivery of significant projects including:

• Major SSDAs across sectors such as industrial, aged care, residential, education, hospitality.
• Exciting infrastructure and recreation projects, including marina extensions, foreshore remediation, and school developments across NSW.
• Projects that offer exposure to complex planning challenges, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and direct client engagement.
