Senior Trainer – Mortgage Underwriting

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Trainer to lead capability building for offshore teams supporting a complex mortgage underwriting function.

This is a domain-first training role , not a generic L&D position. You will first build deep operational context by understanding real underwriting workflows, decision frameworks, risk assessments, and edge cases. From there, you will design and deliver structured training that enables underwriters to make accurate, consistent, and high-quality decisions at scale.

You will play a critical role in ensuring underwriters ramp faster, apply judgment correctly, and stay current as policies and processes evolve.

Experience & Background

• 6–8 years of relevant experience preferred (quality over tenure)
