  • Design and structure training programs eligible for HRDF claims
  • Develop course materials, slides, assessments, and post-training reports
  • Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and speakers to ensure program quality
  • Coordinate logistics: venue, online platforms, manpower, AV, and vendors
  • Manage HRDF submission process, claims documentation, and audits
  • Conduct rehearsals, live delivery, and post-event evaluations
  • Monitor participant engagement, attendance, and satisfaction
  • Identify improvements for future HRDF programs and conferences
