Job Summary:

•   Alluvionic is seeking a  Senior Training & Development Manager  to facilitate structured, fair, and productive meetings in support of training and content development efforts.


• This role ensures meetings follow established ground rules, OER and ADR guidelines, and remain focused and inclusive of all required stakeholders and SMEs.
• The Senior Training & Development Manager coordinates SME input, balances stakeholder participation, documents and distributes meeting notes for content verification, and enhances group productivity by fostering open, collaborative discussion.
