Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall training strategy for new hires, upskilling, cross‑training, and leadership development
- Lead, mentor, and manage Training Managers, Trainers, and Instructional Designers
- Design and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and delivery methods
- Ensure all training programs align with client requirements, KPIs, and operational goals
- Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Client Stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics
- Implement best practices in adult learning, blended learning, and digital training platforms
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in training delivery
