Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall training strategy for new hires, upskilling, cross‑training, and leadership development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Training Managers, Trainers, and Instructional Designers
  • Design and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and delivery methods
  • Ensure all training programs align with client requirements, KPIs, and operational goals
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Client Stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics
  • Implement best practices in adult learning, blended learning, and digital training platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in training delivery
