JOB TITLE: Senior Training Specialist LOCATION: CLIENT Site (Aiken, SC) WORK TYPE: 100% Onsite CONTRACT DURATION: 6 Months ESTIMATED HOURS: 1040 Straight Time WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM INTERVIEW PROCESS: MS Teams JOB SUMMARY Under limited supervision, the Senior Training Specialist performs instructional support functions including analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of training programs. The role ensures personnel are trained safely and competently using effective training methods and in compliance with DOE and CLIENT requirements. This is a training and instructional role only and does not involve operating cranes, rigging equipment, vehicles, or other hazardous machinery.
