Senior Transformation Analyst

Role Purpose : Leads data-driven transformation initiatives to improve insights, reporting, and decision-making. Execution backbone of the ITO. Does 80% of the coordination, synthesis, and presentation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own transformation roadmap, KPIs, and benefits realization

  • Partner with global business, technology, and operations leaders

  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions

  • Run cadence meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams

  • Drive delivery discipline and escalation management

  • Perform basic data analysis (status, trends, risks)

  • Consolidate updates across programs into executive-ready decks

  • Create and maintain PowerPoint decks for leadership forums
