Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Transition Analyst to support complex process migrations and ensure seamless execution of global transition programs. The role focuses on disciplined reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and end‑to‑end transition lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support full transition lifecycle: discovery, solution inputs, KT planning & tracking, shadow/reverse-shadow, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards (Power Query, Power Pivot, formulas, pivots).
  • Maintain transition artefacts: RAID log, action tracker, change log, decisions register.
  • Coordinate SOPs, process maps, RACI, playbooks, runbooks, and readiness sign-offs.
  • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint packs; manage stakeholder cadence and communication.
  • Ensure documentation quality, version control, compliance, and audit readiness.


Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in Transitions / Shared Services / GBS / GCC.
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) and strong PowerPoint storytelling.
  • Understanding of transition governance, KT frameworks, risk/issue tracking, and change control.
  • Experience with documentation (SOPs, workflows, KT materials).
  • Tools: MS 365 (Excel, PPT, Teams, SharePoint), Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet preferred; Power BI nice-to-have.
  • Strong communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce/engineering.
  • CAPM / PRINCE2 Foundation / Agile / Scrum preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt is a plus.
