Job Description
My client based in Dublin West is looking for an experienced administrator that also has experience in organising travel & accommodation. This is a permanent role that is fully onsite in their offices in Dublin 22. If you have 3+ years relevant experience apply directly or send your CV to for immediate consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters across the organization
- Manage the primary travel email inbox by monitoring incoming messages and prioritizing emails, and promptly forwarding them to the appropriate team members or departments as needed
- Manage the travel, hotel accommodation, rental cars and transfers requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules
- Ensure clear and timely communication between head office and approvers/on-site offices
