Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to be based in our HQ in Paya Lebar.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead project or fund financings, to enable the implementation of business strategy, with particular focus on real estate investment and development financings.
- Manage banking relationships consistent with the Lendlease group bank relationship plan.
- Develop and manage constructive relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders.
- Support development of treasury strategy, funding plans and risk management plans.
- Support the Treasury Director, Asia in the strategic management of the Asia funding task and risk management plans.
- Supervise other treasury staff on transactions and projects as required.
- Support implementation of treasury projects and process improvement.
Qualifications
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have:
- Undergraduate qualifications in economics, finance, commerce or finance law or post-graduate qualifications such as MBA, Masters in Applied Finance or similar.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience in a corporate, real estate, bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated track record leading real estate development and investment financings.
- Extensive experience in relevant bank debt, institutional debt and financial markets.
- Experience foreign exchange and interest rate markets.
- Deep relationships with market participants and well-developed network with relevant peers.
- Outstanding negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
