Kaizen Recruitment is exclusively supporting a long-established and highly respected trustee organisation with a strong presence in the Australian market, who have an opportunity has arisen for an experienced trust professional to take ownership of complex securitisation and structured finance transactions within a specialist corporate trustee environment.
This is a senior, hands-on role offering exposure to sophisticated deal structures, financial modelling, and high-level stakeholder engagement, supporting a growing securitisation platform in a dynamic market.
The Role
As Senior Trust Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end trust management of securitisation and structured finance transactions, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing securitisation and structured finance transactions from a trust management perspective
- Reviewing transaction and deal documentation for operational and compliance requirements
- Updating securitisation models using servicer reporting data and preparing monthly investor reports
- Preparing and distributing RBA Repo reporting for eligible securities
- Maintaining bond registers and trust ledgers
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring agreed service levels are met
- Supporting new client onboarding and reviewing transaction documentation
- Building and maintaining financial models using Excel and specialist systems
- Contributing to process improvements and participating in ad hoc projects
About You
You will be a confident and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in corporate trust or financial services, ideally within securitisation or structured finance.
You will bring:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and significant experience in corporate trust or financial services
- Proven experience building and maintaining financial models
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to improve processes and ways of working
