Join Mott MacDonald as a Senior Tunnel Engineer / Project Manager supporting our Toronto tunnels team. You will collaborate with geotechnical and structural engineers on local, national, and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions and associated deliverables drawing on deep knowledge of geotechnical and structural skills, including tunnel, shaft, support of excavation, and underground structure design.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development of technical solutions for underground projects, particularly in water / wastewater and transit markets.
• Perform constructability and biddability reviews.
• Deliver packages of design work, including reports and specifications.
• Lead matters of underground engineering practice, including codes, standards, calculations, and construction drawings.
