Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile healthcare applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing & refine experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability through a design system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong background in healthcare / health-tech products.
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma (auto-layout, components, design systems).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility.
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms.
  • Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations.
