What will you do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer with expertise in integrating AI/ML components into automation workflows. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced UiPath solutions leveraging Document Understanding, AI Computer Vision, NLP, and other cognitive automation capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end UiPath automation solutions with AI/ML components.

- Integrate UiPath AI Fabric, Document Understanding, Computer Vision, and NLP models into RPA workflows.

- Develop and train Machine Learning models for intelligent document processing (IDP), text classification, and predictive automation.

- Optimize automation processes using AI-based decision-making and cognitive automation.

- Work with UiPath AI Center to deploy, manage, and monitor ML models in production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Business Analysts) to enhance automation with AI capabilities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath AI/ML integrations.

- Mentor junior developers and lead best practices in AI-driven RPA development.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework).

- Strong experience with UiPath AI components:

o Document Understanding (Invoice/Form Processing, Data Extraction)

o AI Computer Vision (Screen Scraping, Object Detection)

o NLP & Text Analysis (Sentiment Analysis, Entity Recognition)

o AI Center & ML Model Integration

- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks (for custom model integration).

- Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision, Tesseract) and cognitive automation.

- Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Experience:

• 5+ years in RPA (UiPath), with hands-on AI/ML integration experience

Certifications:

- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred)

Educational Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
