Senior UI/UX Designer
1) Role Summary
Teceze is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience designing high-end mobile and web applications. The role demands strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, design systems, and visual excellence , with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences.
2) Position Details
Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Reporting To: Head of Design / Product Head
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)
3) Key Responsibilities
A) UX Strategy & User-Centered Design
Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to final delivery for mobile and web applications.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
Translate business and functional requirements into user journeys, personas, and experience maps.
Define UX strategy aligned with product goals and brand guidelines.
B) High-End UI Design & Visual Excellence
Design premium, modern, and visually refined interfaces for:
Native mobile apps (Android / i OS)
Responsive web applications and dashboards
Create high-fidelity UI designs with strong attention to typography, spacing, color, iconography, and micro-interactions.
Ensure consistent brand expression and polished visual quality across platforms.
C) Interaction Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and motion concepts to validate ideas and flows.
Define interaction behaviors, transitions, gestures, and states (loading, empty, error).
Use prototyping to collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
D) Design Systems & Scalability
Define and maintain design systems and component libraries for mobile and web.
Establish design standards, UI guidelines, and reusable components.
Ensure scalability, consistency, and handoff efficiency across multiple products and teams.
E) Mobile-First & Responsive Design
Apply mobile-first design principles and responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes and devices.
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and usability across platforms.
Design for performance, readability, and real-world usage scenarios.
F) Collaboration & Design Leadership
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
Provide clear design documentation and developer handoffs (specs, redlines, assets).
Participate in design reviews and mentor junior designers.
Advocate UX best practices across the organization.
G) Usability Testing & Continuous Improvement
Plan and execute usability testing; analyze feedback and iterate designs.
Track UX metrics and user feedback post-release to improve experiences.
Balance innovation with usability and technical feasibility.
4) Required Skills & Expertise
Must-Have
10+ years of UI/UX design experience for mobile and web applications
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, polished digital products
Expertise in:
User research & usability testing
Wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Interaction design and information architecture
Hands-on proficiency with tools:
Figma (mandatory)
Adobe XD / Sketch (if applicable)
Prototyping tools (Figma, In Vision, Proto Pie, etc.)
Strong understanding of:
Design systems
Mobile & web UX patterns
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
Agile/Scrum product development
Good-to-Have
Experience designing enterprise, Saa S, or B2 B applications
Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
Exposure to animation and micro-interactions (Lottie, motion specs)
Experience working with global products and multi-market designs
